Hi Cat,

Opal does keep track of who has voted to ensure that voters cannot vote more
than once.  Opal doesn't currently share this information, but this is a
feature that could be added.  Please let me know in more detail what you are
looking for and how many voters you will have in your election.

Would you like to know who voted at the end of the election?  Or would you
like to know while the election is still open?
Is the primary purpose to send reminder emails to encourage people to vote?
If so, this might be best accomplished by having Opal send the reminder
emails.

Please let me know more.
