Hello OpaVote and OpenSTV supporters,

I'm writing to tell you about a new OpaVote feature.  You can now upload a
ballot file, have OpaVote count the ballots (using OpenSTV behind the
scenes), and then display the results using bar charts.  The primary use
cases for this are:
(1) You hold an election with OpaVote but you need to add ballots collected
in other ways (e.g., paper ballots) before announcing the official results.
(2) You collect all of your ballots in other ways, but you want a way to
share detailed election results with voters.

Currently, you can keep your election results online for two weeks.  For
US$5, you can extend by 4 weeks.  I'm currently paying Google App Engine
fees myself, so this will help cover my expenses.

Other major new features of OpaVote include supporting election results for
Condorcet elections.  Lots of other minor improvements including improving
the user interface.
