login to My space with .net client library

Hi There.

I would like to find out how to login to a myspace account using the
opensocial client library for .net. Not sure where to provide the
username and passowrd? The examples I have seen on the net ask for a
consumer key although Im not sure what this is. I need to be able to
post a message to a myspace account message board for a particular
user.

You need to get the consumer key from MySpace. Once you have the consumer key (and a corresponding secret), you can pass it into the 3-legged auth environment provided by the client library, and that will handle the redirection to a MySpace page where the user can enter his/her username and password and then be redirected to your app with the appropriate access token.
