OpenSocial Foundation board meeting -- next Thursday (10/9/2008)?

Hey folks,

I'd like to pull together a board meeting to discuss the following topics:

• Running an OpenSocial Summit/Update/Hackathon in early November
• Venue selection, budgeting, marketing, etc.
• Update on the election for the community board seats
• Preparing the full agenda for the first full board meeting (after the election is over)
• Next steps for IPR, etc
• OpenSocial Trademarks
• Discuss comments on the OpenSocial CLA drafts (attached)

How about Thursday, 10/9? 1pm PST? I'm open to it being a conference call or in person.

Please reply back with your availability, and if you have any other agenda topics in mind.

Re schedule -- Thursday 10/9 works for me; I can't do 1pm, but can be available between 2pm and 6pm.  We'd be happy to host at Google for anyone that's local, and/or do a concall.

Re agenda -- this looks like a good list of topics.  The one mundane one I'd like to add (if we have data about the cost/benefit of D&O insurance) is our annual budget, and therefore dues -- getting that out of the way it would be great.
