Cleanup for v.NEXT: .name should be .displayName

We've got a bunch of examples in the OSAPI section that use viewer.name (or something similar). However, the name property is a structured object, so we should use displayName instead.

These should be treated as typos, I believe, and not wait for v.Next. (I believe the process supports errata.)
