Spec cleanup for 2.0 - remove "non-tags" section

In the social gadget spec, there is an entire section called "Non-
Tags" that begins:
"There are a number of potential tags that can be better supported
using templating, for reasons outlined below."

Since any additions or changes to the spec must be discussed and voted
on, this section is not required and somewhat confusing. It amounts
to codifying a very small number of spec discussions that happened
over a year ago into the spec its self.
I'd like to remove this section as IMO the spec should consist of what
OpenSocial IS instead of trying to identify everything that the spec
IS NOT.

Agree. There is a bunch of "cleanup" that needs to happen. I'm all for this one!
