[OS3 Proposal] Drop Core Data Spec Document

The Core Data document
[http://opensocial-resources.googlecode.com/svn/spec/trunk/Core-Data.xml]
is overly complicated and can easily (and more effectively) be
integrated into the other documents as necessary. The document itself,
as it currently stands, provides extremely little value to
implementors. For the sake of simplicity, let's drop it and focus on
doing a better job of discussing the important bits in the other
documents.

I don't necessarily disagree with this. I'd like to think of taking another pass a reorganizing the specs in general so they are all much easier to understand. 

What do you think?

The categories look fine, but I would prefer to see more effort in the direction of making the fundamental technical specification less complicated, more well defined, with fewer must implement optional items. After that, we can worry about presentation of the use cases. Right now its extremely difficult for a developer not already intimately familiar with the spec to step in and implement even the most basic technical details.
