Proposal for OpenSocial Access Control Lists

Hi Folks,

Here's our proposal for generic access control lists for OpenSocial. In this proposal we've already incorporated feedback from Mark Weitzel given in an earlier thread on this list. We'd like to focus the discussion in this thread on the proposal for generic access control lists, even though that we also post two proposals that build on top of it to illustrate the use for different OpenSocial services.

I did go ahead and add this to the proposals for 1.1.
