Interesting (to me) situation with the variations noted in the SBLGNT;
that is, on page 372,
for 2Cor 9:2 Mr. Holms notes the difference between it and the RP 2005
as only
involving the ... "ὁ" ... and ... "τὸ ἐξ" ...however, there's also a
subtle
difference in the noun ..."ὑμῶν" ...
That is, even though the word looks exactly alike, it is Masculine in
the Byzantine (BP)
reading and Neuter in the SBL reading ... it has to be, since the
article changes
from Neuter to Masculine.
It's an odd bit of trivia, and I dont suppose it makes a whole lot of
difference ...
and maybe there's no real/practical way that the SBLGNT could easily
note this difference for the reader, but I dearly want the SBLGNT to
become
the new go-to GNT standard (instead of the NA27), I want it to be
above reproach,
(that no one can belittle it by pointing out such quibbles).

Aside note: I'm well into the process of compiling my own reading
(translation?) of the
RP 2005, compared against the SBLGNT (for variations) ... "The
Layman's Companion (TLC)" ...
and I've noted a few other items in Mr Holems GNT standard, which
appear (to me)
as needing some slight adjustments, and I was wondering if he has an
open-door policy
for such kindly intended suggestions? If so, I'd be happy to be of
some help, especially
if this could be done in a more direct, and less public
manner ...i.e., person to person email?
