Interliner resources

There are four(4) different types of resources that make up this pdf interliner. I want to make it into software, where can I find all four of the resources to create a soft searchable version of these pdf files.

Some data i have gathered, for example from ancient-hebrew.org may be found on https://sourceforge.net/projects/scripture/files/Bible_Content/Hebrew/MT_Research
You can find more strongs definitions and hebrew texts there if you look around.
I'm currently working on gathering more information. I'm not using osis or xml as a format, but something i find more efficient.
Your welcome to join the development there and use information given, as long as you don't sell it :)
