II_DATE_CENTURY_BOUNDARY = 50

We have a problem which may be caused by a problem with the windows install. Dates like 12/11/99 entered in OR 5
default to 2099 rather than 1999- thus not using the II_DATE_CENTURY_BOUNDARY ingres environment variable.
 
It is set to 50 when I do “ingprenv”.  Maybe this is a bug in OR 5 on windows? Though I doubt it.

Forget this , there was a mis-spelled env variable causing this.  Sorry to have wasted your time.
