Generate simple OPDS Catalog Entries from EPUB files' metadata

Hi,

I've written a simple program to generate the skeleton of an OPDS
Catalog Entry by inspecting the metadata inside an EPUB file on the
command-line.

It may be of interest to others as a starting point, although it's
