Would someone please write the sentence that describes the subscriptions rel?

Here are the others:
* "http://opds-spec.org/bookshelf": A Resource that includes a
user's existing set of electronic publications, which MAY be
represented as an OPDS Catalog.
* "http://opds-spec.org/crawlable": A complete OPDS Catalog in a
single, unpaged atom:feed. See Complete Publication Collections.
* "http://opds-spec.org/sort/featured": A Publication Collection
with featured Entries.
* "http://opds-spec.org/sort/new": A Publication Collection with
newly released Entries.
* "http://opds-spec.org/sort/popular": A Publication Collection with
popular Entries.

Thanks,
Keith

A Resource that includes a user's set of subscriptions, which MAY be represented as an OPDS feed.

I would also use OPDS feed rather than catalog for bookshelf.

Thanks.

The simplest OPDS Catalog can be a single Acquisition Feed, so I'm
inclined to leave it.

"""
OPDS Catalog Root - The Atom Feed that represents either the complete
OPDS Catalog (a single Acquisition Feed) or the Atom Feed that starts
a set of Navigation Feeds. External links to the OPDS Catalog SHOULD
referenc e the OPDS Catalog Root Resource.

Sure but in this case, we're talking about a sub-element of a catalog (the bookshelf).

Ah, I'd argue that the user's bookshelf is a totally separate thing, I
suppose it depends on the context. If the OPDS Catalog is All of Our
Users' Public Bookshelves, each bookshelf would be a part of that OPDS
Catalog. If I'm browsing the O'Reilly Media OPDS Catalog, the
bookshelf link would be to my private OPDS Catalog, which (could) be a
complete OPDS Catalog. Ditto an Ibis Reader bookshelf link from inside
HTML (speculative).

I guess that both Catalog and Feed would work in this case. But in this case, any sub-set of a catalog is potentially its own catalog too (another example would be our Public Domain sub-catalog at Feedbooks)... I'm just trying to see what would make most sense with these definitions.
