I think I finished it last night. I have to do more testing this evening to
make sure all the parts are working correctly, but I think it's done. In
addition to making it work on MEGA2560, I re-added the C axis support and
vastly improved limit switch handling. It seems to be working very well
with OpenPnP, with no lost steps or slowdowns as I was experiencing before.

I think I probably will. Since there some parts that may be useful to the
grbl community in whole, I will probably put it up on Github. I'm soldering
up my fourth axis right now so I can do some final testing and then I will
push it up.
