I've been working on setting up OpenPhoto on a shared hosting account
at Media Temple. I'm using the 1.3.2 release. It's working perfectly
if I use Local Filesystem for storage, but I'd like to use Local
Filesystem + Dropbox.

Here's the error I'm getting:

severity:crit, description:"An error occured getting the Dropbox
authorize url.", additional:{file:/nfs/c10/h05/mnt/143457/domains/
photos.christophermccullough.com/libraries/external/Dropbox/OAuth/
PHP.php, line:122, message:"We were unable to fetch request tokens.
This likely means that your consumer key and/or secret are
incorrect.", trace:"#0 /nfs/c10/h05/mnt/143457/domains/
photos.christophermccullough.com/libraries/controllers/
SetupController.php(164): Dropbox_OAuth_PHP->getRequestToken(),

Any idea what's happening?

Someone else mentioned a similar problem. Let's track it here, https://github.com/openphoto/frontend/issues/526

This is fixed in the upcoming 2.0.0 release. Thanks for reporting it.

Chris, this is pushed to master. Let us know if you still have
problems connecting to your Dropbox account. Something to note is that
it uses an App Folder and not Full Dropbox. This is specified when
creating the app on Dropbox's website.
