Why "GetAlternativeViewPointCap().SetViewPoint()" can't use for Kinect for windows?

I found that KINECT for windows can not use the function "GetAlternativeViewPointCap().SetViewPoint()"

but KINECT for XBOX360 can use it.

Is there anybody can solve this problem?
