Does MEMS sensor could possibly be OpenNI compliant sensor

Hi, All,

Does any one know the related OpenNI compliant sensor supported facility range?
like, MEMS, or 3D movement sensor getting accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers related informations, could possible be OpenNI compliant sensor or not?
