OM 0.8 rc2 errors

hi ,
 I have installed the OM 0.8 rc2 .. but when i was installing it.. it generates lot of exceptions at the server side and now at the client side ..it shows all the labels with caption "error " only.. what could be the possible problems ?

Hello,
It's likely you have database locale problems. I used to manually
correct collation problems [1], but it was reported that the changing
/etc/mysql/my.conf in the following way works as well.

[mysqld]
default-character-set=utf8
character-set-server=utf8

yes it did work ..
but while installing there were still lot of error on the server side..

should i post you some log files ?

Sending logs is always a big help.

After changes in the /etc/mysql/my.conf you should also delete the
database and repeat the installation again.
Also for the successful re-installation should be removed webapps/
openmeetings/conf/install.xml
