hi,

OpenMeetings is again compatible with red5-SVN-sources now. So you can use one of the latest snapshots of red5 or build red5 from source. But you need at least r897 of Openmeetings-Sources.

The name of the folder *install* is now *conf* and you can run the Installer no matter if you type:
localhost:5080/xmlcrm/install
or
localhost:5080/xmlcrm/Install
both will lead you to the Installer-Forms

I _will_ also change the name of the hole webapp soon from *xmlcrm* to *openmeetings*:

hi,

and is the version 0.63 of red5 compatible with the new r902? or do i
have to checkout a fresh copy from red5 again?
and i see the xmlcrm has been renamed to "openmeetings", great work
coz its less confusing now thanks!

no you don't need. But you can.
I mean since r896 you can use red5-latest sources but you still can use 0.6.3.
So there is no need to update but if you want to test openmeetings with latest (but unstable and not released) red5 features (currently i think the main-focus of red5 is on making a clustering working) you can.
