[Open Manufacturing] An index of interesting threads

Hey all,

I spent some time today assembling an index of threads from this
mailing list. This is purely a "meta" exercise. In particular, and
I'll be honest, I had in mind Ted Hall's kind words about the previous
version of the page, and now that I think about it, it does serve as
an interesting introduction to what we've been talking about for a
while now.

people that need to be brought up to speed (as much as that's
(im)possible).
