Hey everyone. Finally got some time to sit down and sort out pull requests, and have a few new things into the unstable branch now:
- amiller's point cloud demo
- KalRiterbusch's CPP updates
- zarvox's UYUV mode
- tweakt's astyle configuration
Here's what's still waiting:
- boilerbots' iso fixes - There's a lot of awesome stuff in this branch, but there's also some incompatibilities we need to take care of. We're still scouring through it. :)
- michael-nisch's JNI wrapper - Needs sign-offs and de-binarying, but looks like it's getting testing and documentation here on the mailing list
- Zephod's win32 stuff - read below
Here's what we have coming up for the libfreenect repo that I'm aware of:
- Win32 - JoshB - Josh's been hard at work tackling the win32 stuff with mingw, and seems to be having very good luck with it. We'll hopefully see this out very soon. This will probably supercede Zephod's stuff, just because it will be easier for us to maintain since all other platforms are based on gcc.
- Doxygen - qDot/marcan - been discussion doxygenizing the code. Just needs to get done.
- Synchronous C library updates - bwhite, multiple kinect/video format support.
- Matlab plugins - amiller and bwhite, should be done soon (Waiting on synchronous C code update from bwhite)
- OpenCV plugins - amiller and bwhite
- unit tests - bwhite
Feel free to reply to this if you have anyone you're working on that you'd like to see in libfreenect, just so we can get a better idea of what to expect. :)
