refurbished archive/compressed files support

from snapshot revision 2867 on OJ should support

- bzip2, gzip compressed files e.g. data.shp.gz
- bzip2, gzip compressed and plain tar archives containing supported vector formats correctly

btw. zip files should now also work as expected.

these files are loaded read only and decompressed on the fly to memory.

please test
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jump-pilot/files/OpenJUMP_snapshots/
and come back with feedback. the changes will probably go into 1.6 released later this year.
