Subject: Problems with the csv driver
Dear all,
I'm having problem to read csv files in the set options mode. The same files are read w/o any trouble if auto mode is chosen.
Options offered are straight forward to the best of my knowledge but I ain't unable to figure out the comments meaning. I've tried different options that lead me to an empty message and

So far I haven't found  solution by my means.
Any clues?

If the auto mode can read your file, why do you want to use the set
options mode ?

More seriously, I agree that the "set comment line" option may look awkward.
The code is quite flexible thanks to regular expression, but the UI is
not user friendly.

If you send me the header of your file, I can have a look and give you
some hints
(or try to improve the plugin UI so that it is more straightforward to
set the good option)

Well, I download the 'raw' file from a Total Station and this is not
readable by OpenJUMP because it has no header. When I add an appropriate
header the file is read by OpenJUMP.

So my question will move to: how can I read a csv with no header? I'm
sending the file to Michael.
If wishes are on ... Now the driver, let the user to manage two header
lines but on occasion there are files with more than two lines header,
maybe is a good option to skip n lines.
