Missing openjpegConfigure.h

The openjpegConfigure.h file appears to be missing causing the
building of the codec dir to fail. I submitted an issue ticket here:
http://code.google.com/p/openjpeg/issues/detail?id=38

Actually the openjpegConfigure.h stuff has just been added and the file is generated automatically when building with cmake. I will very soon add the possibility to use 'configure' files as an alternative to cmake.

In the mean time, if you're not using cmake, the best is to stick to a previous revision of the svn. Which building method are you using btw ?

Sorry about that,

I have now removed the #includes to openjpegConfigure.h.

will explore another way of doing this and still be compatible
with the multiple options available for configuring openjpeg.
