OI Support extension: DEMO App implemented.

Hi All,

I have developed a Demo OI Support extension with a Demo Notepad App by using the current OI About as the base. Here is a Screenshot of the Support item which you can notice at the Menu of Notepad app, Currently I have implemented below 2 functionality for OI Support.

1. User feedback submission. >> Screenshot

I have used Google Spreadsheet which is this one to store the user feedback submissions.

2. Send Donations via Paypal, Google Play billing or Flattr. >> Screenshot

Currently I have used a Library project called android-donations-lib for this purpose. By using that API the app already implemented to retrieve donations via PayPal, Google Play billing or Flattr services.

I had to alter three projects (distribution, notepad, support) to make the Demo of this OI Support extension app. So I have done the necessary changes for OI Distribution library and added a pull request here. And for the DEMO purpose altered OI Notepad app to effect changes of OI Support extension. Here you can find the pull request of that. OI Support app repo pull request is here.
