Hi Eugene,

I'm running exactly the same environment as you but I'm not able to  
reproduce your error.

Is this from a clean checkout and a clean build (./Build  
realclean) ?  If so, can you tell me what version of Perl and the  
required modules (found in Build.PL) you're running?  Thanks.
