openxri dependency on old xalan 2.6.0

Just another note about dependencies: the openxri library, which is
an openid4java dependency, requires the older version of Xalan
(v2.6.0) and not the current 2.7.0 that you can download from the
xalan website (http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/). The 2.7.0 version
will not work.

This is kind of a bummer if your container already includes the 2.7.0
version of Xalan because that means you will then need to include the
2.6.0 version out of the openid4java/endorsed directory in your WAR
file.

I have a request pending over on the OpenXRI dev site to make this change.  It has a trivial impact on the OpenXRI code, so it should be updated here shortly -- just waiting on the openxri guys to make the change.
