We'd like to start breaking the project down into specific groups, so we can work on organizing and writing each smaller part of the report.  Here is a breakdown of what we'd like to cover:

    A.    CRS

    B.    House Journalism Access: Bypassing Institutions

       1.   Access to Video Feeds in House
       2.   Accreditation for non-institution journalists

    C.    Committee Webpages

       1.   Transcripts, Video and Audio of Hearings and Markup Sessions
       2.   Reports
       3.   Votes
       4.   Earmark Lists (for committees that appropriate)
       5.   Hearing Schedules
       6.   Legislation: Referred (under consideration) and Reported (to the House Floor)
       7.   Testimony
      
    D.    THOMAS

    E.    Franking Rules - updating guidelines for member and committee web use

    F.   Clerk of the House

       1.   Travel Gift Reports
       2.   Lobbyist Disclosure Reports (LD-1 and LD-2)
       3.   Personal Financial Disclosure (privacy issues--have personal information)
       4.   Roll Call Votes

    G.   Preservation - preserving historical House web content

If you'd like to be involved in writing any of these sections of the report, or feel you have expertise that pertains to one of them, let us know.  We are also reaching out and listening to staffers for help in assembling robust yet attainable reforms--so stay tuned for more information on each section.
