openhab on Raspberry Pi

i'm really new to home automation, i actually just started today ;-)
but as far as i can tell openhab is the perfect solution for a KNX
control: a webserver and many stupid clients that only need a web-
browser! (100$ android tablet)

my question:
did you consider building a distribution for the soon to be released
http://www.raspberrypi.org ?

that would be the bomb!
a simple, small, always on server that doesn't sucks much electricity
and should have enough power to provide the webinterface

i'm looking forward to dive further into this stuff

I general, it should work if the Oracle Jvm for ARM embedded works decently on the Raspberry Pi.

Just ordered 2 Pi's. I hope tomorrow will arrive and I will play with
them.
