Dear All,
Sorry about the short notice, but you can see Beth Noveck lecturing on
the White House's "Open Government Initiative" today (Friday) at Noon
(12PM) -- livestream -- by going to http://www.ncdg.org.
I have been told that, at approx.1PM EST, she will take questions from
the audience (at UMass-Amherst) as well as from online viewers.
