There are two major differences between OpenDPI and pace:
- OpenDPI supports non obfuscated protocols only. Obfuscated/encrypted
protocols like Skype or encrypted BitTorrent are only supported by
PACE.
- PACE integrates several advanced mechanisms for performance
optimization. (In average PACE is 30%-90% faster, depending on the
protocol mix that is analyzed.
