Fox News and yesterday's tea party rally

In case you blinked and missed today's gathering of a few people in Washington D.C. that was billed as a tea party rally:

... Fox News was there, mostly to explain away the poor showing as the result of bad weather—after all, it was drizzling.

But they still had a protest to promote, with one of the "rally's" featured speakers coming on Your World With Neil Cavuto, so they decided to punch it up a little:

But if Fox wanted to convey an image of protester toughness, maybe they should have gone with this instead:

... where 70,000 protesters had gathered in Madison, Wisconsin. In the snow.

Of course that would have required Fox to have actually covered the event. And the weather was bad ...

I watched some of this dabacle on cspan, its was sad and comical at the same time....betcha the D.C. transvestite hookers did well last night though...at least the teabaggers are doing a little something for the local economy...
