Hello,

I am building ODK forms for a new study using XLSForms. I am using
http://opendatakit.org/use/xlsform/ to export the XLSForm to XML format. I
would like to convert or export the XML file to MS Word or PDF for the
purpose of having a hard copy of the data collection form. I tried a few
options (copy and paste to MS Word, LibreOffice Writer, and doPDF), but I
was not satisfied with the output. Each option either omitted fields/answer
options, or outputted the text in a hard to read format.

Does anyone have any recommendations for how to convert or export the XML
file into word or PDF?

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I just finished using Android SDK to take a full sequence of screen captures.  Then I used presentation software to get 6 per page for printing.
