- issue 651- fix for errors when opening saved filled-in forms (critical
issue)
- add position() predicate and fix errors with or conditions during XPath
filtering (e.g., complicated cascading selects)
Updated translations (ca, fr, vi, id)

Using r1013. Filling in a blank form, it sometimes open up in prompt-view,
and sometimes in form-view. This already occurred several times, but I
couldn't discern any pattern.

If it opens in prompt view, it will generally be recovering from a Force
Close of the app and the form will be initialized with the data from just
before the Force Close.
