Subject: no root element
when i try to load form i encounter "no root element".  what causes it
and how can i prevent it?.

Download ODK Validate and check the form using that:
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/downloads/list

This error would indicate that you have created a form without any prompts.

If ODK Validate does not highlight the problem, and if your form does have
prompts, you can send it to us and we'll take a look.
