Does anyone know if the polygons for forward sortation areas for BC are published anywhere?

Thanks,
Herb

Note that they are not under the same licence as other boundary files.

To James point - metadata on the FSA Boundary file ...http://www5.statcan.gc.ca/bsolc/olc-cel/olc-cel?catno=92-179-X&lang=eng

Not sure how to interpret though.

Hi Herb ...

As I am sure you know, you will have to link the actual census data to the boundary data to do much. I have done similar in the past using the Dissemination Areas. For amusement, I did a quick surface image showing population density in the Edmonton area.

http://datatogo.xspatial.com/?q=content/edmonton-area-population-density

Looking at the "Exceptions to the Statistics Canada Open Licence Agreement" page

http://www.statcan.gc.ca/eng/reference/exceptions-eng

I don't see (off hand) anything to make the boundary files not open. I could be wrong.

... gerry

Thanks everyone.

James, to Gerry's point it appears to me that the FSAs published here would fall under the Statistics Canada Open License Agreement.  Is that your understanding, or am I missing something?

Thanks,
Herb

Hmm, I seem to be mistaken. It seems to be under the same licence as other boundary files.

Okay, no worries.  Thanks very much for the input.
