remove merged git branches

Hi,

I intend to remove the branches

  aee32d3 remotes/upstream/boost-fix
  2cda57a remotes/upstream/boost-foreach
  c64a749 remotes/upstream/doxygen-bzr-cleanup
  598c319 remotes/upstream/shujing

they are all merged in the master, as git reports

nilg@laptop:~/OpenCog/opencog$ git branch -a --merge
* master
  remotes/origin/HEAD -> origin/master
  remotes/origin/master
  remotes/upstream/boost-fix
  remotes/upstream/boost-foreach
  remotes/upstream/doxygen-bzr-cleanup
  remotes/upstream/master
  remotes/upstream/shujing

Let me know if they should be kept around, I'll wait for a couple days before acting.
