Draft 2 of the Cloud Computing Use Cases White paper posted.

The goal is to complete Version 2 of the paper ( http://su.pr/2Be9pA )
by Oct 31st with comments on this version assessed by Oct. 29th. The
paper can be downloaded from http://su.pr/2Yu8a8 .

This update focuses on developer requirements, aligning an API with
each developer requirements and Common VM Image Formats.
