Build rutorrent by default

Hi,

rutorrent is a great web ui for rtorrent.
with this patch rutorrent builds by default as part of the rootfs.

the patch also adds linux perf tool as a module.

And why should this be installed per default? I can completly agree that
is'a neat feature to have, but don't see a need to have it included in
the image per default. I use transmission for my torrent needs, will we
put that in as default too? Might as well enable everything as default
and get a feature full 2gb install ...

Our graphical package installer is broken , users want this feature
(small), we can include it by default. And not all users are
comfortable with ttys or remote shell access.
