I think its important to note that we are talking about technical
information - the infrastructure is a technical system and the widgets will
be as well. The goal of the widgets is to make it easier, but there will
still need to be someone with some technical chops involved, and we need
the technical information for them.

Since these are community-built tools, we don't have all the information to
build the documentation around them so I would encourage tool-builder folks
to build in some user-friendly language around who could use their tool and
for what purpose.

There is also a bunch of documentation available from openbadges.org on the
OBI that is targeted more for non-technical folks but we can't avoid the
technical completely.

For the running list of widgets/tools, I would vote for a Mozilla wiki page
at the least, so that its not another separate document that needs to be
managed. We can point to it from github.
