Anzo 3.0 Documentation update

In our continuing efforts to assist Anzo 2.5 users migrating to Anzo
3.0, to help our existing Anzo 3.0 users to understand the APIs better,
and to hopefully entice potential Anzo users to start with Anzo 3.0, we
have produced two documents that should be of some help to everyone.

1 - Anzo Abstract Client API - This document describes the entire Anzo
3.0 API in a language-neutral way.

2 - Anzo 3.0 Migration Guide - This document explains in detail, the
methodology behind the changes from 2.5 to 3.0, as well as how to
migrate Anzo applications from an architectural level down to basic code
changes.
