Weekend plans

There are a couple of issues that need to be resolved and so I thought
that writing down what needs to be done was going to be the best way not
to forget about anything. So here are my plans for the upcoming weekend.

* Fix issues with the automated database refreshes.
** Split the projects into two groups for import. Hopefully at least
one part will refresh. And maybe this will eliminate the whole issue
entirely.
** Split Mozilla imports into Firefox and everything else, so that the
translations correspond to the latest versions.

* Proxy for selected groups of languages.
** Develop and test the configuration for proxying some requests to
external servers based on language codes.
** Prepare instructions for installing the required software on other
servers.

* Review the logs.
** Find the heaviest users.

* Changes to the API.
** Design new version of API that will allow tracking various clients.
** Send the design for review to the group and all interested parties.
** Prepare plan of phasing out the old API.

That said: new projects are currently unlikely to get imported. The
service must become usable again.
