Now that the Flex SDK is in Apache - yes there is still a few missing
parts but we are getting closer - I think it is time for Spoon to host
a party for everyone.

Well, maybe not a party. But we could set up for the community a day
similar to the Bugquash event. Basically I'm thinking a copy of the
bugquash event. Get people running and provide something interesting
for them to get involved with.

Like the bugquash I would want a few host cities and then make sure there is a large online presence. We can't be everywhere but we can make it as far reaching as possible.

With 360Flex coming up and a large number of Flex developers in the Colorado front range it would probably be worth considering a mid-April "bugquash" in Denver.

That was precisely what I was thinking. Was definitely trying to get something with a large reach on top of that.

I'm in Denver and will be seeing him at the Flex UG Tour tomorrow night. I can start the discussion about that then if that makes more sense.

Cool. I was thinking it would be fun to have a giveaway for it. Nothing big, I'm thinking a pin. Something to say that I am 'certified' to make the Flex SDK.

Got an update on 360Flex. Spoke with John last night and he's cool with dedicating a room for us at 360. That being said, I will be working the logistics with him to make this a reality.

He has two requests in return which I think are not bad at all:

1. We will need to provide a person(s) to man the room at all "office hours".

2. I offered this one up --> It would be nice if we could show some love for 360Flex on the Spoon website and through our twitter feed. (To me that should help with registrations and would be a win-win for everyone)

Anyway, I'll continue to work this through with Wilker and will update the group at the appropriate times. If anyone is interested in volunteering to help man the room please let me know.
