January board meeting date and time?

I have Tuesday, January 17th, scheduled for our next Board meeting. Is that the date we’re still targeting, and if so, what time? Might it be easier for folks like Sukh to attend the meeting if it’s in the evening in Europe (like 10pm in Germany)? Maybe we want to move it to Wednesday?
For me, it would be easiest if it were after 3pm New York time on January 17th. I’m also available on January 18th (Wednesday) if that works for the team better than a Tuesday.

In our brief discussion, following the last meeting, I suggested that we
have the January 2012 meeting on Tuesday, the 24th of January, at our
regular time, but we have not finalized this.
This helps us everyone get back into things after the holidays.
I'll confirm the date/time tomorrow.

If anyone has a problem with the 24th, please let me know.

That sounds good with me, thanks for the reminder. The 24th of January
would work just fine for me.
