According to our statutes it is the function of the COC to appoint and remove board members. It is also fitting that OSM express its wishes to the COC regarding these matters. The board of Open Source Matters requests that the COC extend the terms of the following board members whose terms are ending, to allow for continuity as well as retaining their essential skills:
