Andy,
I see what you are talking about, Shadows are only appearing on the
Map in the main module, not the icons not I have uploaded all the
files from all the updates very strange. Also question about the main
module. How long do the closed incidents appear on the main module
screen with a line through them?

Darrell, the period after incident close taht incidents remain visible on the sit screen is a user setting: "closed interval". Default setting is one hour. Mouse-over the Configuration/Edit settings for details on this and others.
WRT icons not showing, it's too easy for the unzipping process to miss stuff in subdirectories. The icons subdirectory shd have 39 files. Suggest you double-check.
