Folks, see tickets_02_08.zip at https://sourceforge.net/projects/openises/
This zip consists of important fixes to a number of existing capabilities - not new capabilities.
Usual installation instructions apply: unzip into your Tickets CAD root directory when you're logged out. If it's a new directory, you'll be invited to the install process. Otherwise, just log into Tickets again for these to apply.
