This is a book-writing template that I'm developing for my own use, which I would like to share with others. The idea for this template came from using the yWriter 5 software. Since I also wanted to use the very useful book-writing functions of Open Office Writer, I decided to adapt some of the yWriter 5 features into OOo Writer.

Beside the normal text body paragraphs, there are also areas where you can write chapter and scene notes and other text areas (which you can hide when you print your book). Using these areas you can plan each chapter and scene separately from the text areas of the book.

This is only an early draft. I will be improving it as I go along. With each update I'll put the version number at the end of the name. That way you can tell if this has been updated since you downloaded it.

The instructions for using the template will be included within the sample text of the document.
