Hi,

Finally I had two days for the code. I fixed several bugs and revised the old examples.

The GUI still has bugs. For example, the menu item "View/Input Window" in MainWindow doesn't work, and so does some of the "close" buttons and "on/off" buttons (e.g., the window opened by "View/Concept Content"). I hope Jean-Marc can find the time to go through all the GUI components (specially buttons and menu items), to make sure they all work as before.

I'll try to spend a few more days in the coming weeks in the code, and hope to release 1.5.4 in mid-May. Then I'll probably leave the code as it is for a few months, until I have time for it again.

These are big changes !

The main question is : what are the "bugs fixed" that are mentioned in Revision 242 ?

The issue 24 is still pending :

The non-regression test suite suite built on the former files :

nars-dist/Examples/Example-NAL*

stiil succeeds ( but the files have have been removed from the depot ).

I'll fix the GUI issues ASAP.

Not really --- I only modified 4-5 classes, but since the packages have be changed, somehow svn reloaded all the files when I committed the changes --- if you do a diff you'll see that most files are not changed at all. Unfortunately, I don't know svn well enough to prevent or fix it. :-(

I don't have the time to list and explain each of them, but most are in NAL5 and NAL6.

Yes, I haven't had the time for it, though I'm pretty sure that all the related inference rules work fine. If it is indeed a control mechanism issue, then it will have to wait for the next major revision of the design.

Since the "Examples" folder and NARS.jar are both in "nars-dist", I modified the README_USER accordingly. I haven't touched the test suite yet.

No hurry --- I won't have time for it before May 10 anyway.
