TITLE: Behavioral Self-Programming by Reasoning

ABSTRACT: Behavioral self-programming is the ability for a system to
respond to a situation without following a predetermined algorithm.
This paper introduces a new approach to achieve this ability, which is
carried out by a reasoning system that is adaptive to its environment
and works with insufficient knowledge and resources. This approach is
compared with other existing approaches, and its special nature is
discussed.
